RIFLE SHOOTING
The first shoot for the Club trophy, value 30s, for A Section, and Manson and Barr’s trophy, value 30s, for B Section, was held last Saturday and yesterday, at ranges of 200 and 500 yards. The weather on Saturday was fine, with a strong, gusty breeze; yesterday there was not much wind, but the light ,was variable. Good scores off the ‘rifle were made by Rflmn. S. Head, C. Barnard, and 11. Graham. The total scores are as follow: —
Next Saturday the second shoot for the above- trophies will be held, at ranges of 300 and 000 yards.
