CHARGE AGAINST BANKRUPT
Dunedin, Jan. 28. Louis Gleeson, formerly a contractor, was committed for trial on a charge of making assertions on oath during an examination in his bankruptcy proceedings intending to mislead the assignee, the assertion being that lie never had a race horse, and did not bid at auction for the horse Gold Albert. Accused reserved his defence.
