HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 15th instant, reads:— The Manila market is quiet, and prices -slightly weaker owing to absence of buying interest. Closing quotations were: J grade, OctoberDecember to February-April shipments, quoted at £57 sellers. New Zealand market idle. Last week's quotation- nominally unchanged, .probable buyers 49s to d9s below llio-e figure.-.
