ROYAL PICTURES
“The Climbers,” a screen adaptation of the late Clyde Fitch's great drama of America's .society..folk, and which has been ranked as one of (he greatest plays of all time, comes to the Royal Theatre on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Coriime Griffith, the Yilagraph star, lias been the featured player in ninny great pictures, and lias the title role, ihat of a beautiful and pampered young society girl who marrie- the wrong man, yet lives to enjoy true |,.ve with the faithful Xed Warden, of Mr Fitch’s story. Miss Griffilh has never secured a more congenial role, and is most ably supported. Unlike .many screen versions of stage successes, “The Climbers” has proven excellent photoplay material, and much of the sparkle which characterises Ibis playwrights works has been retained in the picture. The final episode of “Mystery of No. 13” will also bo shown.
