FOUND HANGING
Levin, Yesterday. Robert Melton, 88 years of age, a railway surfaceman, disappeared from his home last Monday morning. Search parties were out all the) week, and ‘the body was discovered yesterday hanging to a tree on a farm near the town. Deceased had been suffering from nervous breakdown. He leaves a wife and three young children. At (lie inquest a verdict was returned that deceased committed suicide whilst in an unsound state of mind.
