FIRE AT HASTINGS
OCCUPANTS SLIGHTLY BURNT
Hastings, Dec. 22,
A lire about half-past live o'clock this morning destroyed a six-roomed house owned and occupied by Mrs A. M. -Jones. Only a few effects were saved. Mrs Jones and her son sustained slight burns while getting out Mrs Jones’ grandfather, Mr John Collinge, ex-town clerk. The insurances on the house were £550, and on the furniture £2OO.
