SAMUEL JOHN THORN TO PAY fjEATH PENALTY.

The Executive Council decided this afternoon that there was no reason to interfere with the sentence of death paused on Samuel John Thorn on December. 3rd for the murder of Sidney Seymour Eyre, at Pukekawa, on August 24th.
