The new (inlclwyn Mae Marsh picture 1 , “Spotlight Sadie.” in live reels, is a particularly charming comedy. Tl'.e hei'oine has a fetching way that wins the heart of.' (he spectator. It is a piel.ure- wilii theatrical life as a background, and one oil the most interesting characters in il, after the heroine, is the publicity man attached to the showy He is up against it Tor an idea, and something: in Sadie's character suggests his playing her up as a saint. She is not that —strictly speaking —hut something much belter in (he way of a, sweetheart, as the rich hero discovers. Tie is attracted to her by the publicity she gels. Then he is disappointed in her because she does not till his ideal, but he discovers in the end her real true-hearted, charming self. The picture is tilled with compelling comedy situations that keep the room full of press reviewers laughing. Fvery person will like this picture, and most: spectators will be enthusiastic over il. It will be shown to-morrow and Thursday night.
