PICTURES AND VAUDEVILLE
A variety programme of pictures and vaudeville is always popular in Eoxton, and to-morrow night’s programme at the Town Hall shoitld prove exceptionally attractive. Frank Gold, who is? responsible for the vaudeville act, comes with a great reputation as an entertainer most versatile and pleasing. He is a dancer, trick pianist and monolognist of the first order, and his jazz selections, singing, and mirth-mak-ing are really line entertainment. The full picture programme will he screened in addition to the vaudeville speciality. Vivian Martin will appear in a story of a woman’s loyalty and faith, “The Home Town Gjrl.” Her role is that of a bright young girl of to-day, and Miss Martin plays it to /perfection. Mack Sennett is represented by his latest comedy scream, “Great Scott!” a yarn of the Rileys and the Yonsons and the Sennett Bathing Beauties. For this big bill of vaudeville and pictures the popular prices, Is Id and 2s Id, will be charged.
