During the time she was stranded the vessel was subjected to a severe
strain, owing to Ihe action o). thewn ter.
In conversation with .Mr Signal, who supervised the repair- and refloating operation, we were informed that the damage to the vessel’s hull is more serious than was at lirst anticipated.
