At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr ■]. L. Stout, S.M.. Polaka Iloterini, Sam Iloterini, Thomas Murphy, didin Taylor, Norman Hall, Deter Detersen, Denis McGill ajiid Joseph Healey were all charged ' with being found in the Family Hotel at a lime when such premises are required by law to be closed. None of the defendants appeared.
