WORK TO COMMENCE IMMEDIATELY. A Dili authorising the deviation of the'railway line at Palmerston N. was passed through the House of Representatives yesterday * afternoon. The Standard understands from Mr «j. A. Nash, M.P., that the work s to be, commenced immediately.
