CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.
At ‘the Palmerston Police Court yesterday, Thomas Henry Davidson, for whom Mr Ongley appeared, was charged that, on September dtli, at Palmerston North, he did commit manslaughter by causing the death of Robert Dudley AVorsfold. On the application, of Sergeant Fitzpatrick accused was remanded to appear at 10.30 a.m. on October Ist. Accused was admitted to bail, self in one surety of £IOO, and two sureties of £IOO each.
