ITTOH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 14th inst., reads: — Manila market easier, but modcrale business lias been done. Present quotations for J grade are: April-Jnne io July-September shipfliehts, £63; August-Octoher shipments £63 6s. The market closed steady. The New Zealand market is dull and irregular. Sellers quotations : high .point spot £54, fair £53; Mny-July shipment £53 and £sl, respectively.
