MISSING WOMAN.

Mrs Maud Barnard, who has been missing since Tuesday morning from her residence, No, 11, Hall Street, Newtown, was still absent from her home at midnight last night. When last seen, Mrs Barnard was wearing a hat trimmed with pink material and a grey blanket overcoat. A strange disclosure was made to Mr Barnard yesterday by a lady who resides close by, who stated that she walked up to the residence of the missing woman with her at 7.30 o’clock on Tuesday evening, and Mrs -Barnard went inside the front gateway of her residence. At that time, however, Mr Barnard was absent from the house organising a search for his wife, who evidently si rayed away again. The missing woman Ims been suffering from a nervous breakdown, hut lately she seemed to have recovered. Every endeavour is being made to find her. —Times.
