A quiet Iml pretty wedding was solemnised by the Her - . A. Doull, at the residence of the bride's brother, Mr H, B. Scott, No. i) Terrace Street, Palmerston N., on Wednesday, when Mrs .Florence Blanchette was united in the bonds of matrimony to Mr George Charles Coley, second son of Mr and Mrs G. C. Coley, of Foxton. The bride was given away by her stop-father, Mr C. T. Dunne, of Kati Kali, district eonsiable. The bride looked charming in a pretty dress of grey voile, and iTided a prayer hook - . She was attended hy the bridegroom's niece, Miss Nellie Lord, who was dressed in a very pretty blue and pink voile. She also carried a prayer hook. Mr Thompson, of Palmerston North, acted ns best man. After the ceremony the guests were entertained at a sumptuous breakfast. The bridegroom’s present to,the bride was a gold bangle, and brooeji to the
bridesmaid. Later in the day the nanny couple left for Napier, where tlie honeymoon will he spent. Numerous presents were received from friends, including a very substantial cbei|UO from the bridegroom’s Luther.
