DENNIS GUNN’S SENTENCE.
CONFIRMED BY GOVERNOR. Wellington, -Tune 15. . The Pousonhy murder ease and the sentence passed upon Dennis Gunn were considered at, a meeting of the Executive Council this morning, Mis Excellency the GovernorGeneral presiding. It was afterwards announced that Mis Excellence, acting on and with the advice of his Ministers, sees no reason why the decision of the Court should be interfered with.
