Dunedin, .Tune 13. On Saturday night the police were informed that a yuan,a woman, whose name lias nut so lar been ascertained, had died at a house in Kensington. I'he police ha\o arrested. an elderly woman named Helen tile,?”-, the occupier of the, liouse where I he young woman died, on a charge oE committing abortion on another young woman who was found in the house. Dunedin, Yesterday. Helen Glegg was remanded for a week at the Police Court to-day on a charge of using an instrument for the purposes of an illegal operation on a girl now in Dunedin Ho.-pital. The girl found dead yesterday on the accused’s premises has been identified as Olive Slay Pyle, daughter of a Puketeraki fisherman.
