CORRESPONDENCE.
(To the Editor.) Sir. —Pel me, amongst the many, emphatically protest against the huslilc attitude of some Councillor.--Inwards our Borough Baud. 11 last Thursday’s public music is a, sample of the Council’s latest subsidised article, then the sooner our wise men effect a speedy readjustment the bellin’ for the lowu.’s prosperity. The Borough Baud could have done decidedly belter, and in Ibe satisfactory way Ibal has hitherto pleased us, leaving nothing to be desired. We cannot wonder if bandsmen have become sickened at the remarks and lack of sympathy on the part of a certain councillor. —I am, etc.. RATEPAYER.
