HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner's cable, dated 291 h inslant, reads: — The Manila market is steady, with fair business doing. J grade, JulySeptember and August-October shipments sold at £65; FebruuryApri! to May-July shipments are now quoted at £63. The New Zealand marled continues -dull.’ Sellers quote: High-points spot £59, fair £56; February-April shipment £54 and £52 respectively.
