FLAXMILLING MACHINERY CLAIM.

OREIG v. POPLAR FLAN MILLING CO., LTD. At the Palmerston sittings of the Supreme Court on Thursday (before Sir Robert Stout, Chief -Instiee), Harry (Jreig, of New ■ Plymouth, set! lev, proceeded against the Poplar Flaxmilling Company, Ltd., carrying on business at Foxton, asking for an order requiring the defendant company lo deliver certain machines lo (he plaintilt alleged lo be his properly, or in the alternative £2BO, the value of the machines.
