HIGH COM MISSION EH' S REPORT. . The High Commissioners cable, dated 24th instant,..reads: — The Manila market firmer, with a better demand during this week. J grade, Jannary-Mareh shipment, is now quoted at £7O, sellers, and Feh-ruary-April to May-July shipments £G9 10s, sellers. The New Zealand market remains flat-prices having declined, and present values are; Higli-points spot £62, fair £SB; Feb-ruary-April shipment £57 and £55 respectively,
