HIGH COMMISSIONER’S CABLE. The High Commissioner's cable, dated 17th inst., reads: —■ - The Manila market is steady, with fair business doing, J grade, Janu-ary-March ■ shipments, is quoted at £6B 10s; March-May and April-June shipments .sold at £69. The New Zealand market is active but steady. Sellers’ present quotations: Spot high-points £63, fi Jr £sl}; FebruaryApril shipments £59 and £57 respectively.
