HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner's cable, chi ted Ist insl., reads; — The Manila market continues dull, and the lone easier at close. J grade is quoted, danuary-March shipment, at £6B, and for 1 ehruarvApril shipment, at £G7, sellers. March-May shipment sold this week at £C(> 10s. The New Zealand market is quiet and easier. Sellers’ present quotations on spot are, highpoint .€O4, fair £59; Eebruary-Apri! shipment £59 and £57 respectively.
