OBITUARY.
MRS. C. li. KING, AGED 3d YEARS. 'll is willt sincere, regret that we record the death id' Mrs Kins, wife of Air G..R. Kin", which took place at her residence. Gladstone Street, .-diortly before 10 o'clock this morning, after a brief illness. ■ Deceased was well-known and much respected by a large circle of friends locally. Some years ago, in company with Lieut. Gudsell, deceased founded the local Salvation Army Corps., and finally established the Army's operations in Foxlon. Although Mrs King resigned from her official position in the Army upon her marriage, .she has Leon actively assoeialed with ihe Army’s local work up to-the last. In common with the Foxton public, we extend to the bereaved husband, and family onr deepest sympathy in the irreparable loss they have sustained. The interrment will ta'ke place on Thursday next, leaving Gladstone Street for the Salvation Army Hall at 2 p.m. A service will be conducted in the haR by Captain Gof- ‘ ' "r • :’’ f
