HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner cables as follows; — The Manila market is quieter at about the quotations already given. Current prices for J grade, Onto-ber-Deeember shipment, £OS, Janu-ary-ALarch shipment, £OS 10s, Feb-ruary-April shipment £65. The New Zealand market is quiet and ,-teady. High-point fair quoted at on spot £SO buyers, £57 sellers; Jaiiuary-Alureh shipment £53 and £53 10s. Fair on spot £55; Janu-ary-Alareh shipment £sl sellers. Small business done this week at high-point Jamiary-Alareh shipment £53, fair on spot £54.
