THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires to-day as follows: —
Westerly strong winds to gale, and backing by west to .south. Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts. Rain probable. The weather will probably become colder. The barometer has a falling tendency, but rising-soon.. Tides and sea increasing; seas considerable, tides good.
