THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day_as follows: — The indications are for freshening westerly wind, strong to gale at times, and hacking by west to south. The weather is likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. The barometer lias a tailing tendency, but rising soon. Tides moderate, seas rough swell. -
