How a good young man with ideas only for the serious things of life can bring troubles gafore on his doting father is the theme of “More Trouble,” in which Prank Keenan is starred. The title ■ is an apt one, for troubles pile up on the old man's shoulders so fast that it is hard to imagine where he has been missed. • Bills for cigars, liquor, taxis, and the other products of the Great White 1 Way accumulate, and the father throughout takes his son’s word that he has not incurred the liability. In the end the position practically drives him into bankruptcy, when it transpires that it was not his son at all, but a young rip of a college companion. On Monday will be shown “The “Mad Lover,.” Robert Warwick, who has achieved honour as a (taplain in the U.S. Army in Prance, and is the only prominent star who served in the trenches, is starred with Elaine Hammerstein. They are a real true-to-life husband and wife, and a thoroughly human story, which breathes refinement and charm in every scene. Little situations ordinarily trivial, constitute a large portion of the story, but through their unusual conception and brilliant portrayal they amuse and “please to the last degree. The picture is neither artificial nor mechanical, but is delightfully real, both in regard to settings and characters, and is artisticajly presented.
