The s.s. Kennedy, with a cargo of hemp and hides, sailed for Wellington on Saturday afternoon, but stuck in the river. She got off on Monday, and crossed outwards. On account of the waterside workers -‘‘■stop-work” meeting Jit Wellington to-day, she will be unable to load, but will take in general to-morrow and sail for Foxton to-morrow night, being due here on Thursday wonting. The s.s. Blenheim, from Wellington with general, is also due on Thursday morning.
