HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cables as follows:
The hemp market is quiet, and small business doing on account of the strike. Manila, J grades, have been sold for £49 10s. New Zealand, High points £47, fair £45 15s to £46. All the above quotations are for October-Deeeraber shipment!?.
