At Saturday’s meeting of the Palmerston branch of the Farmers’ Union, the danger of goalsrue was contained in a remit from the Uoxton branch, which urged that the executive call a meeting of all settlers interested • and affected by goalsrue to consider the mailer of dealing with this noxious weed. — The meeting unanimously approved of the suggestion.
