CHILD BURGLARS.
Christchurch, Aug. 27. Eight lads, whose ages -ranged from 13 years to 15 i, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court, charged with breaking and - entering and theft. There were 35 charges against them. Seven were committed to training farms, and the other was admitted to probation for two years, and ordered to receive ten strokes of the birch.
