THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist vires as follows at noon to-day:—
The indications are" for southeasterly winds 'moderate to strong, and backing by east to north after about twenty-four hours. The weather will probably prove cold and showery, but indications for a temporary improvement shortly. Seas considerable, tides good.
