HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cables as foIIoAVS: — Hemp: The Manila market is steady, and fair business doing. July-October shipment, current spot quotations for Government graded fair Manila hemp is £6O 10s. The New Zealand market is quiet and steady. August-Oetober shipment current spot quotations are, highpoint fair £SO 10s, fair £SO; spot at the same price.
