OBITUARY.
JOHN PAWS GY, AGED 61. YEARS. The sudden death look place at Feilding on Thursday of Air John Pawson, a well-known local Beach resident. It appears that Air Pawson, who was on a visit to his sister, Airs Adselt, had returned from a walk, and after dinner was reading, when lie expired, the cause of death being heart trouble. Air Pawson was horn at Akaroa, and spent many years in the Taonui and Dannevirke districts. About nine years ago lie took up his residence at the local seaside, and evinced a great interest , in the welfare of the resort. Deceased was aged 61 years, and was unmarried. His parents were well-known residents of Peilding prior to their decease. The late Air Pawson was a brother of Airs W. H. Hart (Poxton), Mesdames Martin, Adzett and AlcLeod {Feilding), Air AYm. Pawson (Dannevirke), and Air Edwin Pawson (Gisborne). The funeral will take place at Feilding to-morrow afternoon.
