FOXTON DORCAS SOCIETY.

TO ASSIST LOCAL CASES OF DISTRESS.

We have been asked by the Mayor to solicit cash donations to assist local eases of distress. Any funds so contributed will he handed to the local Dorcas Society for the purchasing of material, and to provide any oilier assistance necessary. Donations may he made either to the Mayor or to Airs Paine, president of the Society, and will he publicly acknowledged. The Mayor has headed the list with a donation of four guineas.
