TOWN CLERKSHIP.
FIFTEEN APPLICANTS. Fifteen applications were received for the position of Town Clerk and Borough Treasurer for the Foxton Borough Council, rendered vacant through the resignation of All* W. Waters.
The applications were considered in committee at last night’s Borough Ckmncil meeting, and the number reduced to three, from which a final selection will be made to-night.
