THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist ■vires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for westerly winds moderate to strong, and backing by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable. The weather will probably, become cooler. The barometer has a falling tendency, but rising soon. Seas heavy on the coast. Tides good.
