FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by .Sections 78, 89 and 90 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” Section 41 of “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909,” and Sections 48 to 55 of: “The-Rating Act, 1908,” the Foxton Borough Council will, at a meeting to be held on MONDAY, I lie 14th day of July, 19L9, at 7.30 p.m,, make and levy a General Rate of three pence halfpenny in the £, a Library Rate of one-eighth of one penny in the £, and a* Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of one-fourth of one penny in the £ on the unimproved \ r aluc of all the rateable properties in the Borough of Foxton, and also Avill levy a uniform annual Sanitation Fee of eighteen shillings per pan on all house property Avithin the night-soil area. Sneh rates to be for a period commencing on the first day of April, 1919, and terminating on the thirtyfirst day of March, 1920, and the said rates and sanitation fee to be due and payable in one sum at the Town Clerk’s Office, Main Street, Foxton, on the 15th day of July, 1919.
