WATER SUPPLY.
OFFER FROM LEVIN. At hist night’s Council meeting a letter was received from the Town Clerk of Levin, forwarding the following resolution passed at the last meeting of the Levin Borough Council.: —“That the Foxton Borough Couneil’bo informed that this Council will he prepared to discuss the possibility of connecting their borough with (he Levin high pressure water supply.” It was decided, on (he motion'of Crs, Rand and Pearson, that the Levin Borough Council be informed that this Council would bo pleased to consider the mailer of obta - ining a supply of water from their high-pressure supply, and would ask that: body to submit their best terms for consideration.
