FIRST TRIP POSTPONED. The following statement with reference to the movements of H.M.S. 'New Zealand was made by the Act-ing-Prime Minister (Sir James Allen) to a Press reporter yesterday; ‘‘H.M.S. New Zealand is not going to make two trips to the Dominion, as originally proposed; but one only.
