The half-yearly meeting' of the Alamnvatu Lodge, I .0.A.D., No. 73, was held last night, A.I). Bro. N. C. Buildup presiding over a fair at-
tendance. I).I*. Bro. E. S. Lancas-
ter was in attendance for the purpose of installing the officers for the current term, in which he was assisted by F.A. Bro. W. B. Macintosh as Director of Ceremonies.
The following officers were installed: A.D., Bro. McPherson; J.P.A., Bro. N. C. Baihkm; V.A., Bro. 8. Mattar; LG., Bro. Roorc Rangihcuoa: secretary, Bro. E. G. Martin (re-eleelcd; treasurer, Bro. E. Healey (re-elected) ; 0.G., Bro. J. Par-
ker: A.D.8., Bros. Ostriehe and Podmore: V.A.8., Bros. Desmond and Fuller: The balance-sheet fo* the paG six months was presented, and disclosed the Lodge to he in a, satisfactory financial position, llm accumulated funds totalling over £(i(K).
At the conclusion of (he business,
the District President and visitors were entertained at supper by Lodge members.
