’ THE WAGES QUESTION. The New Zealand Flaxraillers’ Association appointed Messrs A. Seifert; R. T. Bell, TL Berry and W. Ross to represent that body at. the conference with representatives of the Union to discuss the wages question. The conference was to haVe taken place last Monday, but owing to an unforseen hitch it had to be postponed. It is confidently expected, however, that arrangements will be concluded this week by which the conference will definitely take place on Monday next.
