SUCCESSFUL LAND SALE.

DAVIES’ ESTATE. There was a large attendance of farmers from all parts of the North Island at the sale of land held on Wednesday in the Levin Town Hall, when the Davies Estate, at Kopularoa, was offered. Bidding throughout the sale was very spirited, and every section sold under the hammer, as under: — Lot 1. —77 acres, £53 per acre, F. Graham, Levin.
