Mr C. A, Pearson, a candidate for the Borough Council, publishes a notice elsewhere in this issue. Mr Pearson is one of the proprietors of the Foxton Motor and Engineering Works, and his enterprise and business capabilities should entitle' him to a seat on the Council.
Cr. R. D. Kempster inserts a notice re his candidature for re-elee-tiou to Hie Council. Cr. Kempster is well acquainted with the needs of the borough, and his experience in municipal affairs should justify the voters in again electing him as one of their representatives.
