AN AUCKLAND CASE. Auckland, Yesterday. As the result of a police raid on a soft drink' shop in Grey Street lasi night, 200 empty beer and whisky bottles, and twelve unopened bottle?; of whisky were found. At the police court this morning, Christian Christianson was charged with sly grogselling, and was lined £4O; and Mary Moore, charged with being privy to the illicit sale of liquor, was fined £lO.
