RAILWAY MEN’S DEMANDS.
Greynmuth, April 10." At a meeting of-the local railway workshops employees held yesterday, Hie following resolution was carried unanimously: —“That this meeting of Greyinouth railway workshops employees express their utmost dissatisfaction at the increase of wages to (tie workshops bands in the new schedule, but approve pf the resolution passed by the Petone men asking for five days a week in order to give the men the full advantage of the four hour shorter week.
