Poland 1,400,000,000 Italy 300,000,000 Serbia 200,000,000 Rumania 2(10,000,000 United States 150,000,000 Greece 100,000,000 Czecho-Slovakia 100,000,000 Japan 50,000,000 Portugal 20,000,000 China, Siam, Armenia, and others, about 50,000,000 Total 8,070,000,000 Belgium will be entitled to the prior claim against Germany. France and Serbia will come next.
