THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for easterly winds moderate to strong, and backing by east to north, freshening. Expect warm and humid conditions. The weather wjll probably be cold and changeable for change; barometer falling. Sea and tides moderate.
